The food from the Indian Sub Continent is growing in popularity year by year.  The market for halal foods is now worth an estimated 10 billion pounds in the UK alone.  Recognising this, we created our own niche for healthy, flavoursome grilled food  and called it the ‘Thrill of the Grill’, a food type enjoyed by all.
